Each form links to an online registration process. Use the form corresponding to the campus and grade you are applying for. 3. Complete and submit the registration form for the applicable campus and grade via the provided Registration Form links. The forms are available on the Online Admission page for the chosen campus and grade. Mentari Intercultural School Jakarta (MIS Jakarta) is an IB World School in Indonesia offering the International Baccalaureate programmes PYP, MYP and DP alongside the Indonesian National Curriculum.
