Application & Enrollment Fees
- Application fee: IDR 2,840,000 per student (non‑refundable, non‑transferable) payable at the time of submission of the admission application.
- Refundable deposit: IDR 10,000,000 held while the student is enrolled; refundable at the end of the final term (graduation or non‑re‑enrollment) once all school books and equipment are returned.
- Sibling discount: 5% off tuition for each qualifying sibling (does not apply to Grades 1–5); discount applies from the second child and requires proof of legal relationship.

Billing schedule and payment terms

School bus / transport

Typical examples given for camps and trips show a wide range (for example, Week Without Walls camps have previously been quoted in the range of IDR 2,000,000 up to IDR 25,000,000 depending on grade and trip; class learning trips have been noted around IDR 1,000,000). These activities are invoiced separately when organised.
Refund information
- Refundable deposit: the IDR 10,000,000 deposit is refundable at the conclusion of enrolment provided all school books and equipment have been returned.
- Other refunds: programme‑specific or activity refunds (for example field trips, ASAs) are subject to the terms and timing of those activities; amounts for external examinations (IB assessment fees) are charged by external bodies and are not refundable by the school if the external body's rules do not allow refunds.
Fee payment options and invoicing contacts
- Uniforms/merchandise: school merchandise is offered through the school shop with an online ordering / payment link for merchandise.
- Tuition and other fees: tuition billing, payment schedules (annual/semester options), invoicing and accepted payment methods are arranged through the school's Admissions and Business Office; the Admissions Team and main school contacts handle fee inquiries and registration. Boarding
- Boarding: the school does not provide boarding facilities; NJIS is operated as a day school.
Notes on additional charges
- Replacement/late charges: lost or damaged library and textbook replacement charges, processing and administrative charges are applied where books or resources are not returned; outstanding charges may block report card issuance until settled. After‑school activity fees, team competition costs, and off‑site trip costs are charged separately.

North Jakarta Intercultural School (NJIS) is an IB Continuum school for ages 2 to 18, offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). It is WASC accredited and provides instruction in English and Indonesian. The Diploma Programme is a two-year, university-preparatory path with six subjects from Groups 1–6, plus a Core including the Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge and Creativity, Activity and Service, supported by university counselling from MYP3 through DP2. NJIS delivers the IB framework with an emphasis on intercultural awareness, inquiry and the Learner Profile. The campus covers 1.5 hectares in Kelapa Gading and includes a Performing Arts Center with an 8×10 metre LED screen, an Indoor Sports Gym, a 6-lane semi-Olympic pool, a Fitness Center, a library, Computer Lab, Science Labs, a STEM/Design Space, and Art Room and Music Practice Rooms. After-school activities include Model United Nations, Art, STEM and sports.
