NJIS provides a full school bus service with an NJIS-appointed driver and female chaperone; service is available on weekdays (Mon–Fri) during school hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Application & Enrollment Fees

- Application fee: IDR 2,840,000 per student (non‑refundable, non‑transferable) payable at the time of submission of the admission application.

- Refundable deposit: IDR 10,000,000 held while the student is enrolled; refundable at the end of the final term (graduation or non‑re‑enrollment) once all school books and equipment are returned.

- Sibling discount: 5% off tuition for each qualifying sibling (does not apply to Grades 1–5); discount applies from the second child and requires proof of legal relationship.

Assessment / examination and programme‑specific fees

- DP2 (Grade 12) assessment fees: approximately SGD 150 per subject (typically six subjects) for AY 2025/2026; this assessment cost has been noted for recent years and may vary year to year.

- MYP5 (Grade 10) e‑assessment fees: approximately SGD 94 per subject (fees noted for AY 2025/2026); students may elect selected subjects or all subjects for the full MYP e‑assessment.

- Pamoja online course fees: additional charges may apply for DP students who select subjects delivered through Pamoja.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Academic structure: the school academic calendar is organised into two semesters per year; the per‑semester splits above reflect that two‑semester structure.

- Early‑payment pricing: listed tuition figures are shown as early‑payment prices (early‑payment terms and any discounts are part of the school's billing options). The school reviews pricing annually.

- Deposit handling: the IDR 10,000,000 deposit is retained while the student is enrolled and refunded at the end of the final term after return of all school property.

School bus / transport

- Service: a full‑service school bus (driver and female chaperone) is provided for weekday service during school hours; seatbelts and car seats for preschool children are required. Specific bus route fees and invoicing are arranged through the school's transport/registration process.

Uniforms, merchandise and other routine costs

- Team sport uniforms, after‑school activity (ASA) fees and individual extra‑curricular vendor fees: charged at cost or on a per‑activity basis; after‑school activity fees vary by activity and are billed separately. Field‑trip and camp costs vary by year and programme. Typical examples given for camps and trips show a wide range (for example, Week Without Walls camps have previously been quoted in the range of IDR 2,000,000 up to IDR 25,000,000 depending on grade and trip; class learning trips have been noted around IDR 1,000,000). These activities are invoiced separately when organised.

Refund information

- Refundable deposit: the IDR 10,000,000 deposit is refundable at the conclusion of enrolment provided all school books and equipment have been returned.

- Other refunds: programme‑specific or activity refunds (for example field trips, ASAs) are subject to the terms and timing of those activities; amounts for external examinations (IB assessment fees) are charged by external bodies and are not refundable by the school if the external body's rules do not allow refunds.

Fee payment options and invoicing contacts

- Uniforms/merchandise: school merchandise is offered through the school shop with an online ordering / payment link for merchandise.

- Tuition and other fees: tuition billing, payment schedules (annual/semester options), invoicing and accepted payment methods are arranged through the school's Admissions and Business Office; the Admissions Team and main school contacts handle fee inquiries and registration. Boarding

- Boarding: the school does not provide boarding facilities; NJIS is operated as a day school.

Notes on additional charges

- Replacement/late charges: lost or damaged library and textbook replacement charges, processing and administrative charges are applied where books or resources are not returned; outstanding charges may block report card issuance until settled. After‑school activity fees, team competition costs, and off‑site trip costs are charged separately.
