North Jakarta Intercultural School (NJIS) is an IB Continuum school for ages 2 to 18, offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). It is WASC accredited and provides instruction in English and Indonesian. The Diploma Programme is a two-year, university-preparatory path with six subjects from Groups 1–6, plus a Core including the Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge and Creativity, Activity and Service, supported by university counselling from MYP3 through DP2. NJIS delivers the IB framework with an emphasis on intercultural awareness, inquiry and the Learner Profile.
