Step 1. Initiate contact and arrange a campus visit. ProEd Global School welcomes families from all backgrounds and supports them through enrollment. Step 2. After the initial meeting, the child is invited to a complimentary two-day trial. The trial helps the school understand the child and determine whether ProEd is a good fit, while families can observe daily classroom life and speak with staff. The trial provides an opportunity to explore the campus, facilities, and learning environment before making a decision. Step 3. If enrolment is chosen, the Admissions Team issues a quote or invoice. Upon completion of the required documentation and payment, the child begins at ProEd Global School alongside new classmates and teachers. Step 4. Mid-term enrolment is possible in extenuating circumstances, but spaces are limited. The school maintains a waiting list for many grades, and acceptance depends on availability. To join the waiting list, contact the enrolment officer to check availability and request placement; an optional deposit may secure a place as soon as a slot becomes available. Step 5. Language and student support are available as part of the admissions process. ProEd Global School is an English-speaking environment and offers support for students learning English as an additional language. A Package of Care may include specialist services such as speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, counselling, and SENCo involvement, with the flexibility to adjust the plan during the term.
