Students must wear a uniform to school. The Polo Uniform is navy, with navy shorts or navy skirts/skorts, and beige trousers are also used in the uniform options. Batik Day requires batik attire with dark-coloured slacks; House Shirts are worn for house activities; PE uniforms are worn for PE classes, and personal appearance rules apply (no facial or body piercings; no tattoos; hair kept neat).
Lunch Time: Students stay at school during lunchtime and may bring healthy packed lunches from home or use a subscribed school-approved catering vendor, with meals distributed by designated staff. Parents may deliver meals from home in specified windows and must follow the delivery guidelines.
The school has a house system. Students wear their house shirts for house activities.
The BSD campus is part of Sampoerna Academy, initiated by the Putera Sampoerna Foundation (PSF), the social enterprise arm of the Sampoerna Group. It is operated by PT Sekolah Sampoerna Internasional.
Located in BSD, Sampoerna Academy BSD offers a global-focused international education for ages 1 to 18. The Early Years follows the IEYC, while high school structures include Cambridge IGCSE from Grade 9 with a fast-track option to complete in Grade 10, and Cambridge A Levels or the IB Diploma Program in Grade 11. The Cambridge International curriculum is provided as part of the campus STEAM program and is supported by Design Thinking, peer-to-peer mentoring, and college/career counselling. Apple Teachers and Google Certified Trainers support students' skill development in digital learning and inquiry. The campus features technology-integrated classrooms, a spacious library, a science laboratory, dedicated arts and music studios, and sports facilities including a soccer field and basketball court. An Indoor Playground, Play Room, and Art Room foster creativity and active engagement. Extracurriculars span Art & Craft, Music, Mandarin Story & Song, and sports, all contributing to global perspectives and collaboration.
