Provide the following eligibility and documentation: Students must meet the age requirements for the grade by October 1 of the admission year. A certificate of graduation from the previous school and the main examination results must be provided. Students coming from the English schooling system (the 13-year system) will be placed according to a conversion into the school system. The school may request attendance in one or more days of class to observe behavior and academic level. 3. Complete the online application form. The form collects information relevant to the application process. After you submit the form, the Admissions team will contact you to discuss next steps. 4. After submission, the team will discuss next steps, which may include additional consultations, testing, and placement options. Sampoerna Academy has seven campuses located in Medan, Jakarta, BSD, Sentul, and Surabaya. Fees vary by campus and grade, ranging from IDR 25 million to IDR 187 million per year, and do not include the one-time registration fee, books and resources, learning resources, uniforms, field trips, Chromebooks and laptops, external exams, ESL, or other services.
