Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed on an annual basis. Families are normally invoiced for the academic year and may be offered options to split the annual fee into multiple instalments (two to four instalments are described in published campus summaries). Registration is paid once at enrolment.
- Sibling discount and other concessions: published materials for Sampoerna Academy indicate sibling discounts (for example, a 5% sibling discount has been published in campus fee summaries). Specific discount eligibility and application are handled by Admissions/Finance.
Boarding fees (if applicable)
- The Sentul campus operates as an international day school; boarding accommodation is not a standard offering at the Sentul day‑school campus. (Sampoerna's educational system has included both day schools and, historically, some boarding programs; boarding provision depends on the specific campus or program.)
Other costs & additional charges
- The following items are typically not included in the published tuition figures and are charged separately where applicable: admission test fees, school textbooks, workbooks, learning‑support materials, uniforms, Chromebook/laptop or device purchases or rental, external examination fees (Cambridge/IB/other), English‑support (ESL) programs, elective courses, school trips/field trips, and extracurricular activity fees.
- Uniforms: a separate uniform cost applies; amounts vary by grade and by the number of sets required.
Refunds and withdrawal
- Withdrawal notice: a minimum of 30 calendar days' written notice before the student's final term is required for formal withdrawal. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a financial penalty. Detailed withdrawal fees and the school's refund arrangements are administered by the Admissions/Student Services office and are set out in the school's student withdrawal procedures.
Fee payment options and contact for payment
- Fee payments are administered by the school's Finance / Admissions office. Payment methods and the school's accepted channels (for example, bank transfer or school office payment options) are provided with the enrolment invoice and by the Admissions/Finance teams; parents should use the school's finance instructions when paying. Contact details published for enquiries: telephone +62 21 5022 22 34 and email info@sampoernaacademy.sch.id.
Notes on billing practice
- Published campus materials make clear that the stated tuition ranges exclude several variable costs (books, devices, external exam fees, uniforms, trips and specialist services). Parents should budget for these additional items on top of annual tuition and the one‑time registration fee.
