Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

The school emphasises Future Ready with 21st Century Learning. Hands-on tasks are created at all grade levels to encourage research, collaboration, creativity and application of knowledge and skills. Students learn about personal accountability and develop interpersonal skills as teachers facilitate learning through group projects and real-life learning scenarios.

Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Inclusive education is provided through Sampoerna Academy Online, where all students follow the same curriculum. There is no differentiation between regular students and students with special needs. The program offers access from anywhere, Canvas Learning Platform and e-books, mentors for all students, and digital resources.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

Trilingual Program.

Mental Wellbeing

Student Parent Advisory Center (SPAC) and Student Counselor support psychological wellbeing and career guidance. SPAC provides a forum for students and parents to discuss academic, social, or emotional issues and to improve quality of life. The Student Counselor offers counseling for psychological or emotional issues and may provide therapy or guidance as needed.

Safeguarding

Staff have safeguarding and child protection training, including a certificate in Safeguarding and Child Protection and National Online Safety.

Located in Sentul as part of Sampoerna Academy, Sentul offers an international program that blends local requirements with qualifications. The school uses the IEYC for Playgroup and Kindergarten, while Cambridge Assessment International Education guides primary and secondary years, with Cambridge A Levels or the IB Diploma Programme available for Grade 12. Students sit IGCSE in Grade 10 and graduate with the Indonesian High School Diploma (Ijasah). English is the instructional language, with Indonesian and Chinese also valued. The curriculum weaves STEAM, project-based learning, and character development to prepare students for tertiary education in Indonesia and abroad. Facilities include technology-enabled classrooms, a spacious library, a science laboratory, dedicated arts and music studios, and comprehensive sports spaces, plus an ELC for early years.
