Billing schedule and payment terms

- Typical quarterly instalment schedule for the listed 2025–2026 year: 1st instalment (includes uniforms, books & resources) — at enrolment; 2nd instalment — 1 October; 3rd instalment — 1 January; 4th instalment — 1 March. Exact due dates may vary by academic year and by the chosen payment plan.
- Sibling discount: a 5% sibling discount is applied when enrolling another child. No building/development fee is charged.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not listed as an offered option for the Surabaya campus; no boarding fees apply. Sampoerna Academy Surabaya operates as a day campus.
Other costs and typical additional charges
- One‑time registration fee for new students: IDR 8,000,000 (see above).
- Uniforms, books and learning resources: charged in addition to tuition; the uniforms/books/resources component is indicated as due with the first instalment at enrolment.

Located in West Surabaya, Sampoerna Academy Surabaya opened in 2019 as the sixth campus of the Putera Sampoerna Foundation to advance Indonesian education. The campus serves Playgroup through Primary, with Grand Pakuwon offering Middle and High School, on Pakuwon Indah and Grand Pakuwon campuses designed for international quality and digital learning. English is the language of instruction, with Mandarin taught in collaboration with Beijing Language and Cultural University. The school combines STEAM through project-based learning with the Cambridge International framework for Primary and Secondary, and offers the IB Diploma Programme as an option for Grades 11-12.
