1. Programs and language policy. Sekolah Bogor Raya offers Playgroup K1 through Secondary 12, with curricula including the IB Primary Years Programme, Cambridge Checkpoint and IGCSE, The Global Assessment Certificate, and the IB Diploma Programme. The languages of instruction are English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a Mandarin Center is available for extracurricular activities. The school aims for bilingual proficiency and supports multiple language needs within its community. 2. Enrollment timetable and entry requirements. Enrollment begins in the first semester of the school year, and the school year runs from July to June. For enrollment, written tests are Mathematics (for all grades), English (for all grades), and Bahasa Indonesia (only for Grade 1), followed by an interview with the Principal after the written tests. 3. Enrollment steps and fees. All school fees are paid through the SBRConnect mobile app; a Facility Fee must be paid before a prospective student is allowed to start, and Tuition is paid in 12 installments with due dates on the 1st of each month. The Facility Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and late fees of 2% per month apply to unpaid balances. The SBRConnect app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. 4. Transportation and facilities. Sekolah Bogor Raya provides a school bus service covering multiple areas, including Perumahan Danau Bogor Raya, Sentul, and surrounding districts, with security on buses as part of the service. 5. Scholarships overview. The school offers academic scholarships for those entering Secondary School; scholarships are open to internal and external candidates, with selection based on open applications, evidence presented by students, an interview with the Principals and Academic Director, and a review of grades and non-academic performance; final decisions are made by the Yayasan, the Principals, and the Academic Director, and scholarships may be extended to the following year provided ongoing satisfactory performance.
Every year Sekolah Bogor Raya issues a number of academic scholarships for those entering Secondary School. These scholarships are open to internal candidates and external candidates. The selection process is conducted through open applications and demonstration of evidence by the students, as well as an interview with the Principals and the Academic Director and a review of the students' grades and non-academic performance. The final decision is made by the Yayasan, the relevant Principals, and the Academic Director. The final decision cannot be contested. The school may choose to extend the programme for the following school year. Students who are on the scholarship programme are expected to maintain satisfactory academic performance in every core subject in order to continue to receive the scholarship in the following year.
