The school has a personalized, competency-based, digitally integrated curriculum across Preschool through High School. The Curriculum Circle comprises Core (5 Star Competencies), the Sekolah Cikal Way (the 5Cs: Compassionate Connection, Comprehensive Concept, Constructive Continuity, Challenging Choices, Community Context), and the outer circle of Programs (Required and Student-Preferred) that personalize learning.
The integrated programs include The Arts alongside Social Studies, Language Studies and Sciences. The Arts are woven into learning across year levels, including Year 9–10 where The Arts is listed among core and standalone programs. House activities also include Art events.
Language Studies are included in the integrated programs with Bahasa Indonesia and English; The Indonesian National Curriculum guides teaching.
Sekolah Cikal uses a Houses system to foster collaboration and leadership across year groups. School life includes sports activities, art events, and other social- and book-related weeks as part of pupil life.
