When admission quotas are full, new applicants are placed on a waiting list and admitted as space becomes available.
Junior High School scholarships (Academic): available to suitable students for the 2026–2027 to 2028–2029 years for Grade 7; coverage ranges from 25–50% of DPP & SPP (to be confirmed); selection requires a 500–1000 word English letter describing why the student should be awarded a scholarship, the last two years' school reports, evidence of leadership/extracurriculars, and other supporting documents; applications are submitted via the Sekolah Ciputra Scholarship Google Form; Shortlisting uses a General Ability Test and an English-language interview, with final decisions published by the Scholarship Committee. Sports scholarships follow a similar cycle with a 25–50% coverage and require additional sport-specific materials (portfolio of sporting achievement, video evidence, fitness/try-out steps, and English-language interviews). Senior High School scholarships (Academic): available for the 2026–2027 to 2028–2029 years for Grade 10; coverage ranges from 25–50% of DPP & SPP (to be confirmed); selection mirrors the Junior High process with documentation, testing, and an English interview, and final decisions published by the Scholarship Committee. For both levels, the school reserves the right to modify the scholarship offerings if criteria are not met or circumstances change.
Sekolah Ciputra Surabaya is an IB World School delivering the full IB continuum—PYP, MYP and DP—alongside an Early Years Foundation Stage for Playgroup through Grade 12. English is the language of instruction, with Bahasa Indonesia central to the core curriculum and Mandarin offered as an additional language.
