IB Continuum education is offered: Primary Years Programme (Playgroup – Grade 6), Middle Years Programme (Grades 7–10) and Diploma Programme (Grades 11–12). The PYP is an inquiry-based framework that emphasizes knowledge, skills and attitudes to develop active, independent learners and international mindedness. The PYP curriculum is transdisciplinary with six Units of Inquiry; English is the language of instruction, Bahasa Indonesia forms part of the core curriculum, and Mandarin is offered as an additional language. A Grade 6 Exhibition marks the culmination of the PYP, and a Graduation Certificate from the Indonesian Ministry of Education is awarded to PYP 6 students who meet requirements. The MYP continues the inquiry-based approach with eight subject groups and enables service-learning and leadership opportunities, and English is the language of instruction in all MYP subjects except Bahasa Indonesia, Civics and Religion, which are taught separately to align with government regulations. The MYP culminates in a Personal Project in Grade 10 and supports a pathway to the Diploma Programme with college counselling; the Diploma Programme is delivered in English and provides a two-year pre-university study with external examinations. Students select from DP Core (TOK, EE, CAS) and six subject groups, with options including Language and Literature, Language Acquisition (English, Indonesian, Mandarin), Arts, Mathematics, Sciences, and Individuals and Societies; there are Diploma Programme pathways (IB DP, IB Courses, Sekolah Ciputra Courses).
Arts education is integrated across the IB continuum: in the MYP, Arts includes Dance, Drama, Music and Visual Arts; in the Diploma Programme, Arts subjects include Visual Arts and Music. A broad array of arts-related activities is offered through the school's Arts offerings and activities pages.
Languages include English and Indonesian for Language and Literature in the MYP; Language Acquisition covers English, Indonesian and Mandarin; Bahasa Indonesia forms part of the core curriculum and Mandarin is offered as an additional language. The curriculum also weaves Indonesian culture and values into learning where appropriate.
A wide range of extracurricular activities (ECA) is offered, including arts, athletics, clubs and competitions; field trips, guest speakers and overnight camps enrich learning; Sekolah Ciputra participates in competitions such as the JISMO, World Scholar's Cup and National STEM Olympiad; Student Council (STUCO) and other activites are highlighted in the school's activity offerings.
Service learning is embedded in the MYP through service-as-action activities, with annual reflections and a Grade 10 Personal Project. In the Diploma Programme, Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) runs over two years with a targeted 150 hours, supporting holistic development and community engagement; students also engage in a range of projects and community activities as part of their IB experience.
Leadership opportunities arise through service-learning initiatives across the IB programmes; college counselling and guidance support help students plan post-secondary pathways as they progress toward the Diploma Programme and university study.
Physical and Health Education is a core part of the eight MYP subject groups; field trips, camps and guest speakers broaden experiences beyond the classroom; extensive ECA options include sports and wellness activities to support physical and mental wellbeing.
