Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Step 1. Create Your Account & Complete the Application Form. Begin your application by creating an account on the SPH Application Portal. One account covers the entire family. Select Kemang Village as the campus and fill out the digital form with your own and your child's details.
Step 2. Upload Required Documents. Scan and upload all required documents for your child's application. Documents include birth certificate, passports, family card (Indonesian applicants), KITAS (international applicants), and the report card from the past three years. All documents must be scanned in color, and the portal will guide you through the process.
Step 3. Pay the Application Fee. Pay the application fee as directed on the Fees page. The Fees page provides details on the fee amounts and payment methods. This step is required to move the application forward.
Step 4. Schedule Tests and Interviews. The Admissions counselor will contact you to discuss the best arrangements for testing, observation, and interviews. Kindergarten applicants require an observation with the Kindergarten teachers. Grade 1-11 applicants require an interview with the grade-level principal, which is held on the same day as the tests and may include parents.
Step 5. Receive Your Results. The admissions team will email the results within 5-7 working days, or longer if the applicants join a collective test. The results indicate whether the child is offered admission. Successful applicants will receive an acceptance letter.

Who are eligible to apply? Scholarships are open to Indonesian students of any religion and financial background interested in Grades 6-11. The scholarship is open to highly active students in academic and non-academic activities; more involvement in out-of-school activities increases the weight of the application.
How long does the scholarship last? The scholarship lasts until Grade 12. Each year, progress is evaluated to ensure continued adherence to both academic and non-academic expectations.
What are the expectations to maintain the scholarship? Academic and non-academic requirements are evaluated every year, and a minimum score must be maintained. A scholarship student is also expected to demonstrate positive behavior and be involved in student leadership roles.
Does the meeting with the Scholarship Committee require the presence of both parents? Yes, but only if needed. It's not necessary for both parents to attend, though attendance is recommended.
What happens if I am unable to receive the scholarship? Depending on the test result, a student might be accepted as a regular candidate.
What is the content of the test? The test includes Mathematics, English speaking, English writing, Bahasa Indonesia (at several campuses), and an interview.
Is the test online or offline? The test is conducted in person and lasts about 2-3 hours, with duration varying by campus.
Can I apply for a scholarship to more than one SPH school? Yes; you can indicate your first and second choice of SPH campuses in your registration of interest form. However, when it comes to the actual application, you can only apply to one SPH school at a time. Based on test results, the school will inform which campus you have been accepted to.
Will I need to make a registration payment? Yes, there is an application fee that needs to be paid in advance. The fee is discounted by 50% and is non-refundable.
