Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Create Your Account & Complete the Application Form. Begin your application by creating an account on the SPH Application Portal. One account is all you need for your family. Select the Sentul City campus to start and fill out the digital form with your family and child's details; the process is quick and easy.
2. Upload Required Documents. Scan and upload all required documents for your child's application. Documents include birth certificate, passports, family card (Indonesian applicants), KITAS (international applicants), and the report card from the past three years. All documents must be scanned in color, and the portal will guide you through the steps.
3. Pay the Application Fee. Pay the application fee as detailed in the Fees page to move forward with the application.
4. Schedule Tests and Interviews. An Admissions counselor will contact you to arrange the test, observation, and interview schedules. For Kindergarten, an observation with teachers is required. For Grade 1–11, an interview with a grade-level principal is required and may occur on the same day as tests, potentially with parents present.
5. Receive Your Results. Test results are emailed within 5–7 working days, or longer if a collective test is used.
6. After Acceptance. The Admissions Counselor will guide you through the remaining steps of the admission process, including school fee payment (check the acceptance letter for due dates), submission of any remaining documents, purchase of uniforms and supplies, obtaining the student ID card, receiving class and schedule details, and staying connected with SPH.
