Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. School Inquiry / School Tour. The first step is to inquire about SIS Pantai Indah Kapuk or to schedule a campus tour. This contact provides initial information about the school and the admissions process. It connects families with the campus admissions team for next steps. The inquiry or tour begins the formal application pathway.
2. Initial Document Submission & Processing Enrollment Form for the placement process. Submit the placement enrollment form along with required documents: photocopy of the student's passport and copies of their academic transcripts for the past two years, if available. The school processes these documents as part of the placement assessment. Additional documentation may be requested as needed.
3. Registration Fee. A registration fee is required to proceed with the application. The fee is collected as part of the initial enrollment steps. The admissions team provides instructions on payment.
4. Interview with Head Teacher / Deputy Head Teacher. An interview with the Head Teacher or Deputy Head Teacher is conducted for all levels. If the student and parents are located abroad, the interview will be conducted via Skype at Jakarta time, and the school will notify the time and date. The interview is part of the formal assessment for admission. After the interview, the school completes the review of the applicant.
5. Confirmation of Acceptance. If offered admission, acceptance is confirmed by the school. The admissions team explains the next steps to complete enrollment. Families should review and follow the provided instructions to finalize placement.
6. School Fee Payment. Accepted applicants pay the school fees as part of enrollment confirmation. The admissions team provides payment instructions and deadlines. Payment completes the enrollment process and secures the student's place.
7. Uniform Purchase. Uniforms are purchased as part of enrollment. Uniforms are arranged through the school or supplier as part of enrollment. Families receive information about uniform requirements and purchase options. This step completes the enrollment process.
