Facilities Overview

SIS South Jakarta is a brand-new international school undergoing campus transformation. The transformation includes a Design Technology Makerspace for Robotics, an Islamic Studies Centre, an ESOL Language Laboratory, a completely new indoor/outdoor gym and canteen, and a new Art Room. The former Bona Vista campus is being transformed into these facilities. The curriculum emphasizes English, Indonesian, Math and Science and integrates co-curricular and sporting activities as part of learning. These spaces and programs reflect SIS South Jakarta's commitment to a modern, interconnected learning environment.

Sports Facilities

A completely new indoor/outdoor gym and canteen are on campus. A basketball court is available for basketball and gym activities. A soccer field is on site for soccer and related activities. These facilities support PE lessons and Co-Curricular Activities across the campus.

Academic Facilities

The campus houses a Design Technology Makerspace for Robotics, an Islamic Studies Centre, an ESOL Language Laboratory and a New Art Room. A Robotics Program and an ESOL Program are part of the academic offerings, along with Islamic Studies. The Primary Curriculum aligns with the Singaporean Curriculum, while the Secondary Curriculum adopts both the Singaporean and Cambridge University programmes. Junior College offers the IB Diploma Programme. Preschool education is built on the Nurturing Early Learners Framework with Mandarin language included in the programme.

Extra-Curricular Activities

Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) are offered and are unique to SIS campuses, organized by trained staff. SIS South Jakarta's CCAs span Preschool, Primary and Secondary – Junior College, including activities such as Soccer on the Soccer Field, Hip-Hop Dance, Violin, Coding, Ballet, Taekwondo, Karate, Junior Chef, Acoustic Guitar, Basketball, Quran Reading, Gymnastics and LEGO Building, among others. CCAs emphasize leadership, teamwork and personal development and make use of campus facilities such as the Gym, Music Room and MakerSpace.

SIS South Jakarta is a brand-new international day school in Indonesia, forming part of the SIS Group with a 20-year track record of education in the region. The campus offers a Preschool to Junior College pathway, with early years built on a Nurturing Early Learners Framework that includes Mandarin language learning and ESOL support. The Primary Curriculum follows the Singaporean framework, emphasising Life Skills, Knowledge Skills and Subject Based Learning, with core English, Mathematics, Science and Bahasa Indonesia taught in a student-centred way alongside ICT, Social Studies and Religion. The Secondary School combines Singaporean and Cambridge programmes; Lower Secondary covers languages (English/ESOL, Chinese, Indonesian, French and XESOL), Mathematics, Science, Computer Science, Geography, History, Literature, Art and Design, Physical Education, Music and Research Education, while Upper Secondary broadens to Accounting, Economics, Business Studies and other Cambridge options. The Junior College offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. It emphasizes language and enquiry.
