The Meruya Campus opened in 2005, with Kedoya serving students up to Year 6; the first graduating class occurred in 2008. The TM Cup began in 2010, and in 2012 the school became Catholic, with Catholic teachings introduced for all classes; chapels were completed in 2015. In 2024, Meruya was extended to add new Early Years and Primary facilities. Today, over 1,200 students are nurtured, and the school offers a complete continuum of IB Programmes.
Tunas Muda has a vibrant school life with varied activities and events. The Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto inauguration and the school's membership in Majelis Pendidikan Katolik Keuskupan Agung Jakarta reflect its Catholic identity. Students participate in programmes such as the IB Evaluation Journey, Harvard Model Congress, and the World Scholar's Cup regional rounds, and engage in service learning and fundraising for orphans, out-of-school children, and cancer charities. The community emphasizes collaboration among students, teachers, and families, and celebrates growth through competitions, exhibitions, and service.
