The CARE programme lies at the heart of this commitment, designed to strengthen the vital connections between home, school, and the wider community. These relationships are the foundation for students' holistic growth: spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, physically, and socially. A key feature of CARE is the dedicated student-centred support system, with experienced counsellors walking alongside each student, providing personalised guidance as they navigate their learning journeys.
Counsellors support emotional development and mental wellbeing through personalised guidance within a nurturing, values-driven environment.
Tunas Muda School is a Catholic IB World School in Jakarta offering a continuum of IB programmes for students from early years to 1-18. Established in 1994 as OSSC, the school began with English-language courses and has grown into two campuses—Meruya and Kedoya—serving over 1,200 learners. In 2012 it became an IB World School with the Primary Years Programme, and today all three IB cohorts are available: PYP, MYP, and DP. The Diploma Programme includes Theory of Knowledge, Creativity, Activity, and Service, an Extended Essay, and six subjects drawn from six groups. Facilities at both campuses were expanded in 2024, with the Meruya Campus adding Early Years and Primary blocks. Environmental Systems and Societies is offered as a Diploma science option. A broad range of clubs, competitions such as the TM Cup, and community activities support students' academic, spiritual, emotional, and physical growth in a holistic setting for lifelong learning.
