Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school offers multiple payment schemes including trimester (three-term) billing, monthly automated payments, and payment in advance for the year; parents may select the scheme that best fits their needs. Per-term amounts shown above are based on the school's trimester billing arrangement (annual divided into three).
- Typical payment-related terms in the school's published payment schedules include: automated bank transfer for monthly schemes, a discount for advance full-year payment, and a small saving for monthly automatic payment plans. Specific discount rates and exact due dates are set out in the school's payment schedule documents and apply to the chosen payment scheme.

Boarding fees
- Ambrit operates as a day school for ages 3–14; there are no boarding fees because boarding is not offered.

Other compulsory and optional costs
- Lunch program: the school publishes paid lunch options as an additional charge to tuition (standard and dietary-option pricing available).
- Bus/transportation: home-to-school bus service is available for an additional fee; one-way and round-trip options are priced separately.
- English Additional Language (EAL) and resource support: the school charges additional fees for EAL or intensive resource support where required.
- After-school activities and extra-curricular programmes: some activities are included in tuition; others incur separate annual or per-term charges.
- Uniform and school supplies: families should budget separately for uniforms and personal school supplies where required.
- Examples of these ancillary charges have historically included lunch, transport and EAL fees; the school's payment documents list the current ancillary-price items and charging rules.

Refunds, withdrawal and late payment
- Withdrawal notice: published payment terms require written notice of withdrawal and set a notice period; under defined payment schemes families remain responsible for fees during the notice period.
- Advance-payment refunds: advance full-year payments under an advance-payment scheme are typically treated differently from termly/monthly schemes and may be non-refundable once the school year has commenced.
- Late payments are subject to late-payment charges as specified in the school's payment rules. Exact notice periods, the amount or percentage of late-payment charges, and the refund terms for each payment scheme are specified in the school's published payment and registration policies.

Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer to the school's Euro account, euro cheque, and credit card; credit-card payments may incur an additional processing surcharge. Parents are responsible for any bank transfer charges from their own banks. Specific account details and the exact credit-card surcharge (where applicable) are provided in the school's payment documentation.

Note on figures and calculations shown above
- Annual tuition amounts are the school's published annual fees for the 2025/2026 academic year. Per-term amounts are shown as an approximate division of the annual tuition into three terms (trimester), consistent with the school's published billing options; the per-term figures are calculated for budgeting convenience.
