Uniform policy is mandatory across levels. The official uniform supplier is LM SCHOOL UNIFORMS. Pre-Primary and Primary (Nursery–Year 6) daily uniform consists of a blue jumper or vest, a white polo shirt, blue trousers, unisex shorts, and a blue skirt or dress. Nursery wears comfortable play attire; a blue tracksuit and white T‑shirt are suggested. From Year 1 onward, uniforms are required and not included in tuition; Kindergarten and Reception may wear the sports uniform daily. For trips and events from Year 1, girls wear a scarf and boys wear a tie. Shoes and socks must be blue or black; laces are allowed only for children who can tie them. From Year 1 to Year 4, a backpack is required, and Year 5–6 use a trolley. For Nursery and Kindergarten, nap-time blankets are purchased at the school office. Middle School (Year 7–9) daily uniform includes a blue sweater or vest, white shirt or polo, blue trousers, unisex shorts, and a trolley backpack; a white lab coat is required for science labs. High School (IB) daily uniform includes a blazer and pullovers from the official supplier, a white shirt or polo, and dark blue jeans/trousers/skirt/dress (from the official supplier or plain). A white lab coat with gloves and safety goggles is required for science labs. The sports uniform comprises track pants, shorts, capri pants or leggings, a T‑shirt and sweatshirt. Shoes must be blue or black. The top part of the everyday uniform must be purchased from the official supplier; non‑decorous garments are not allowed.
Lunch is provided by the canteen. Mensa is listed as a lunch option in tuition schedules, with a charge of 730 EUR per year for certain year groups.

Located in downtown Milan, Andersen International School is a private, independent international day school for students aged 1 to 17. The curriculum blends the British National Curriculum from Nursery through Year 9 with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in the Upper School. The Middle Years Programme is offered in years 4 and 5 as preparation for the Diploma Programme, while the Liceo is a Candidate School for the MYP as it pursues IB World School authorization.
