The school has a university-preparatory high school program for Grades 9–12, supervised by the Ontario Ministry of Education, delivering an academically rigorous curriculum. All courses are taught in English by Ontario-trained teachers, with Italian language taught by a native Italian teacher, and the curriculum includes Mathematics, Classical Civilization, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Social Sciences, English, Italian/French, Art, and Drama. Students may enroll for a single semester or up to four academic years, and the teacher–student ratio is 1:12. The Ontario Secondary School Diploma is earned, and the program has credit-granting authority from the Ontario Ministry of Education since its founding in 1995.
The school teaches Art and Drama as part of the core high school program. The campus includes an Art room and a library/study room to support creative work.

Canadian College Italy is a university-preparatory, co-educational boarding high school in Lanciano, Abruzzo. The school delivers an Ontario Ministry of Education–supervised high school curriculum taught in English, with Italian language taught by a native Italian teacher. The campus occupies a 14th‑century palazzo on Via Cavour, featuring a central atrium, an Art room, a science lab and a library/study area. Boarding life is organized in Cuore residence for girls, and Allegria and Palazzo de Giorgio for boys. The program supports university placements worldwide and provides access to outdoor activities, including hiking and winter skiing, plus a scuba certification program after a year of dives.
