The campus is located in Lanciano's historic center. The School building is a 14th‑century palazzo on Via Cavour near the main piazza Plebiscito. It features a central atrium that provides natural light and serves as a focal point for classrooms. The building houses classrooms, study spaces, an Art room, a Science lab and a library/study room. Breakfast is served in the main kitchen/common area on weekdays. Girls reside in Cuore residence on the grounds of a former convent, while boys live in Allegria, a centuries‑old inn, and Palazzo de Giorgio, a pink‑facade landmark with Art Nouveau styling.
The school has a fully equipped gym and a Crossfit centre in town with aerial yoga, a sauna, a weight room and a variety of classes at discounted rates. Local gym and school facilities provide basketball and volleyball courts as well as soccer and rugby fields for student use, with ball hockey also popular. There is a scuba program offering international certification after a year of dives in the local pool and nearby beaches, with a final exam conducted on Ischia. The Abruzzo region offers hiking in national parks and winter skiing within a short bus ride to Roccaraso and Passo Lanciano, where equipment rental is recommended.

The Athletics & Clubs program uses a House System with four houses: Borgo, Lanciano Vecchia, Sacca and Civitanova. Athletic clubs utilize local gym and school facilities for basketball, volleyball, soccer and rugby, and ball hockey is popular. Non‑athletic clubs include cooking, photography, ecology, guitar, knitting, Italian conversational skills, film club, board games and creative writing. Students are encouraged to start their own clubs and after‑school activities.
Canadian College Italy is a university-preparatory, co-educational boarding high school in Lanciano, Abruzzo. The school delivers an Ontario Ministry of Education–supervised high school curriculum taught in English, with Italian language taught by a native Italian teacher. It serves Grades 9–12 and offers enrollment for a single semester or up to four academic years. Eighty percent of teaching staff come from Ontario, and the teacher–student ratio is 1:12. Graduates earn the Ontario Secondary School Diploma, and the program has Ontario credit-granting authority since 1995.
