Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard instalment due dates for the tuition schedule:
- 1st payment due by 3 June 2025; 2nd payment due by 26 August 2025; 3rd payment due by 16 December 2025. Payments must be made by the dates indicated or will be subject to a late payment fee (see point 8 of the school contract).
- Company invoicing: an additional company invoicing fee of EUR 1,000 applies when invoicing to a registered company outside Italy.
- Sibling discount: discount applies to the tuition fees of the youngest sibling — 10% discount on the second child and 15% on the third or subsequent child (applies to tuition).
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not offered; the school's boarding status is DAY (no boarding provision).
Other costs and typical additional charges
- Uniform: purchased from the school supplier (cost varies by item and size).
- Books and stationery: parents are responsible for items not listed as included; technology requirements include an iPad for PYP and a MacBook for MYP & DP (device purchase costs borne by parents).
- Overnight school trips: costs for residential trips are additional and charged separately.
- Additional individual tutoring: charged separately where required.
- Bus service: available and must be booked through the school office; bus fees are charged in addition to tuition.

International School Brescia is a private international day school in Italy offering a continuous IB programme for ages 3 to 18. The school teaches in English and supports bilingual development through English immersion, with Italian language study available as a native or additional language across the PYP and MYP, and Italian language options in the Diploma Programme. ISB Brescia is authorised by the IB to deliver the PYP, MYP and DP since 2020, providing a coherent inquiry-based progression from age 3 to adolescence. The campus in Bedizzole features dedicated Primary and Secondary areas, flexible-seating classrooms, a Science Lab, a Primary Science Room, an Art Room, a Music Room, a Drama Hall, and a new gym, plus two playgrounds and a small five-a-side pitch.
