Language of instruction is English; Italian is taught to maintain strong Italian language skills and cultural heritage. The Italian programme runs across PYP, MYP, and DP with five weekly lessons in PYP1–PYP5; Italian is Language A/B in MYP and Language Acquisition in DP, with Language Ab Initio available, and the programme links English and Italian learning. The programme prepares students to sit the Italian state exams at the end of Primary School (PYP5) and Middle School (MYP3) and is recognised by the Italian Ministry of Education as a foreign school in Italy.
International School Brescia is a private international day school in Italy offering a continuous IB programme for ages 3 to 18. The school teaches in English and supports bilingual development through English immersion, with Italian language study available as a native or additional language across the PYP and MYP, and Italian language options in the Diploma Programme.
