Application and Enrollment Fees

- Application Fee (new applicants only, non-refundable): €400. The Application Fee covers two consecutive application years.
- Entrance Fee (payable on initial enrollment, non-refundable): €7,800; to be paid within 15 days of receipt of the official acceptance letter.
- Re-Enrollment Fee (for currently enrolled families): €400, due at re-enrollment.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- School fees for the following academic year are billed in May.
- Re-Enrollment Fee and the Advance Payment are due at re-enrollment (payment dates indicated on bills).
- Instalment due dates: 1st instalment due by 15 July; 2nd instalment due by 30 September.
- All late payments are subject to legal interest.

Boarding Fees

- Boarding is not applicable. No boarding fees are listed.

Other costs and fees (items not included in tuition)

- Tuition includes: loan of selected school textbooks (subject to conditions), one yearbook per family, academic curriculum-related local daytime field trips (may require supplements), orientation field trips (may require partial contribution), and IB final examination registration fees (additional IB fees may be incurred by the family).
- Tuition does not include: Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) programme fees; lunch service; private door-to-door driving service; school uniforms and PE kits (provided by external suppliers and paid by families); overnight field trips and non-academic curriculum trips (day and overnight).

Refunds, withdrawals and related policies

- Application Fee and Entrance Fee are non-refundable.
- Student withdrawal for the second semester: fees for attendance for the first semester are equal to 60% of the annual tuition and must be paid by 15 July. If a student attends only the first semester and the school is not notified of withdrawal before the end of November, full tuition for the year is mandatory and may be subject to debt recovery procedures.
- Semester-only enrolments (new and current students) follow specific billing rules: first-semester-only and second-semester-only arrangements require payment of 60% of annual tuition plus applicable application/entrance or re-enrollment fees as specified in the billing schedule.
- Re-Enrollment is contingent on families maintaining good standing with tuition and fee payments and adherence to school policies; failure to remain in good standing may affect guaranteed enrolment.
