Lunches and company premium

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Two payment options: full payment at the start of the academic year, or three instalments on set dates.
- Instalment due dates: 1st payment by 17 February (includes NSAF, registration fee and 25% of the tuition), 2nd payment by 23 August (includes 50% of the tuition plus 50% of lunches), 3rd payment by 1 December (includes 25% of the tuition plus 50% of lunches). Fees must be paid by the dates indicated.

Boarding

- IS Modena does not operate an on-site boarding provision and therefore no boarding fees are charged at this campus; selected schools within the same group offer boarding for secondary students at separate Inspired boarding schools.

Uniforms and other one-off costs

- School uniform is mandatory from Kindergarten through Grade 11 and is supplied via the school's official supplier (OVS); uniform costs are paid separately to the supplier.
- Stationery, exercise books, personal insurance and local trips are listed as included in tuition; other optional services (transport, extra-curricular programmes, specialist services) are charged in addition.

International School of Modena is a private IB World School educating students aged 3 to 18. The campus offers the full International Baccalaureate continuum: Primary Years Programme in Kindergarten and Primary School, Middle Years Programme in Middle School, and the Diploma Programme in High School. English is the language of instruction, with Italian language support to aid bilingualism; IS Modena is the first IB Continuum school in Emilia-Romagna to deliver the entire IB curriculum in an English-based setting. The campus includes libraries, science laboratories, arts spaces, drama and music studios, and a Diploma Centre, plus a gym, football pitch and rooftop basketball court. Classrooms feature interactive projectors, digital whiteboards and personal devices; a Library and Collaborative Study Area supports group and independent learning. Since 1998, the school has grown with a strong co-curricular program, highlighted by Model United Nations and Sustainable Development Goals clubs, alongside sports and performing arts opportunities.
