Every year ISR offers organized afterschool courses divided by age. The courses are taught by experts from various sectors, including sport, design, science and music. The courses are open to both ISR students and external students. ISR's mission emphasizes developing critical thinkers, compassionate individuals and responsible global citizens through inquiry-based learning.
ISR Summer Camp is fully conducted in English and combines fun, discovery, and adventure. Children experience English language acquisition activities and Creative Arts workshops. There are indoor and outdoor games and sports activities, and field trips to the beach or similar locations. The Rimini Summer Camp Residential offers an overnight stay near the beach with beach activities, cultural experiences, and social events, designed to build independence in an international environment.
English is the language of instruction, with Italian and Spanish offered as language acquisition classes. ISR uses Rimini's cultural heritage as an educational resource and enriches the school experience through collaboration with BDC Group to share resources and skills. ISR is the only IB World School in Romagna, offering the Primary Years Programme and pursuing Middle Years Programme authorization, reflecting its international orientation within the local context.

ISR's enrollment materials announce the opening of its High School in September 2026, and the BDC Challenge 2026 offers a full scholarship for the 2026/27 year to middle school students who submit an innovative project addressing a social or environmental issue. The most outstanding project will sponsor a student to join ISR's High School, highlighting opportunities for leadership, innovation and real-world impact.
ISR's campus is located in the heart of Rimini Old Town, across more than one-thousand square meters with ten classrooms and a library, plus a playground and a gym. ISR Summer Camp Day runs from 8:30 to 16:30 for children aged 4 to 12, featuring English language acquisition activities, Creative Arts workshops, indoor and outdoor games and field trips to the beach or similar locations. The Summer Camp Residential program offers an overnight stay near the beach, with beach activities, cultural experiences and social events, helping students develop independence and friendships in an international environment.
International School Rimini (ISR), founded in 2018 and part of the BDC Group, is the only IB World School in Romagna. Located in the center of Rimini, ISR is authorized for the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP). The school currently educates students from Early Years (age 3) through Grade 10, with High School classes opening in September 2026 to continue the MYP curriculum. Instruction is entirely in English, with specific exceptions for Italian and Spanish language classes, all taught by international teachers. A distinctive feature of ISR is its specific educational method focused on "Mediterraneity, Internationality, and Entrepreneurship." This approach actively integrates local Italian heritage with global perspectives. Operating Monday to Friday from 7:45 to 15:30, ISR prepares students to thrive globally through partnerships with other international schools, ensuring a cohesive and continuous educational journey.
