Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard instalment schedule (for the 2025/2026 year): 1st instalment due Thursday 31 July 2025; 2nd instalment due Wednesday 7 January 2026. Year 12 (final year) full payment due Thursday 31 July 2025.
- The enrolment / re‑enrolment fee must be paid to finalise enrolment; families receive written confirmation of acceptance and are required to sign the school contract. Receipt of the bank transfer for enrolment is requested as part of formalisation.
- Sibling discounts: 10% discount on school fees for the second child enrolled, 15% discount for each additional sibling. These sibling discounts do not apply to the enrolment / re‑enrolment fee.
- Students joining during the school year: enrolment fee and school fees are calculated pro rata based on the number of months of attendance.
- VAT: the amounts indicated are exempt from VAT under the referenced national regulation.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not listed as an offered service on the published fee schedule; no boarding fees are specified.
Other costs and exclusions (items explicitly not included in the standard tuition)
- School fees include: lunch service, scheduled trips, textbooks, and one exam session for A2 KEY or B1 PET (Elementary) or B2 First (Middle). These included services are non‑refundable if unused.
- School fees do not include: school uniforms; IGCSE and IB examination fees; CAS activities; after‑school lessons; extracurricular activities; the transport service (bus); DELE/DELF/Goethe language exams; Trinity Music Exams. These items are charged separately.
Additional / optional fees
- Middle School EAL (English as an Additional Language): total €2,500.00, billed as €1,250.00 (1st instalment) + €1,250.00 (2nd instalment). This is mandatory for students who require English support.
- High School AL/AS (Additional Subject / Language): total €2,500.00, billed as €1,250.00 + €1,250.00. This option is available on student request and is not included in the standard curriculum.
Transport fees and arrangements
- Per‑trip bus rates (single trip prices shown):
- Area A (within 7 km): €12.00 per trip
- Area B (within 15 km): €15.00 per trip
- Area C (within 30 km): €17.00 per trip
- Area D (within 100 km): €18.00 per trip.
- Premium Plan discounts on bulk trip purchases (discounts apply only to single purchase orders): 10% discount on 101+ trips; 22.5% discount on 201+ trips; 35% discount on 301+ trips. All above amounts for single trips are VAT‑inclusive where indicated. A 25% discount is granted for each younger sibling on transport. Any required number of trips must be booked and settled in advance. Distances are calculated in a straight line.
Refund information
- Included services (lunch, scheduled trips, textbooks, and the single exam session specified for each level) are stated to be non‑refundable if unused. No broader refund policy for tuition instalments or enrolment fees is specified on the published fee schedule.
Fee payment options
- For enrolment, the school requests receipt of the bank transfer for the enrolment fee as part of the formal enrolment process (bank transfer is therefore an accepted payment method for the enrolment fee). The published enrolment procedure requests the bank transfer receipt. The fee schedule itself does not list additional specific payment channels (such as credit card or direct debit) for routine tuition instalments. Families should use the bank transfer method for enrolment unless otherwise instructed.

The English International School of Padua is an international school in Italy serving students aged 1 to 18 across Nursery/Infant, Primary, Middle and High School. It operates in purpose-built buildings on Via Forcellini: 164 houses Middle and High School, 168 serves Nursery/Infant and Primary. The curriculum combines EYFS, the IB Primary Years Programme, Cambridge IGCSE and the IB Diploma Programme, with English as the main language and bilingual English-Italian instruction. Cambridge IGCSE is offered for ages 14–16, and the Diploma Programme for the final two years (ages 16–19). Facilities include two equipped gyms, outdoor football field, a large green area for cricket and rounders, an outdoor synthetic pitch, an athletics track, IT and science labs, English and Italian libraries, and on-site canteens with nutritionist-approved menus. The campus features a geo-solar system and a green oasis. Extracurriculars include MUN, TOK, Diploma Success workshops, Trinity Music Exams, DELE/DELF/Goethe, and Empathia CAS project.
