The Cambridge Global Perspectives syllabus is offered to Primary and Lower Secondary students. It includes monthly activities and workshops on citizenship and current affairs to stimulate open discussion and critical thinking. Students develop their capacity for critical thinking and awareness of cognitive and communicative tools, and engaging with major social issues strengthens their identity and curiosity. The program builds global awareness through structured learning experiences.
The Laboratorio artistico offers a multidisciplinary path combining acting, dramaturgy, and visual arts, enabling students to express creativity through performance, scriptwriting, and visual design. The project is organized into three groups: Acting, Dramaturgy, and Visual Arts, and culminates in a final event in June. The school newspaper is a popular student project coordinated by a literature teacher and the digital communications manager, with students producing blog articles, videos, reels, photographs and interviews.
Vittoria Schools Torino collaborates with United Network, an European organization promoting international education programs to develop communication skills, critical thinking, and active citizenship. Through an experiential, English-language learning approach, students participate in programmes such as European Camp Ventotene, MUNER New York, and IMUN Torino. Duke of Edinburgh's International Award (DofE) offers a two-year program where students undertake caring and volunteering activities, physical and recreational tasks, culminating in a wilderness expedition. Pathway projects for Transversal Skills and Orientation (PCTO) include volunteering, safety and first aid training, language certifications, experiences abroad, project works, meetings with workplace experts, company visits, and college counselling. Study trips abroad are organized to accompany language certification pathways and support international relationships.
College Counselling begins from grade 11, with meetings and conferences with university representatives and professionals to help with future study choices. Students can access online platforms and receive guidance for applying to universities abroad, especially IB DP graduates.

Vittoria International School in central Turin serves students aged 3 to 18. Founded 47 years ago, it operates Vittoria Junior (Nursery–Primary–Middle) and Vittoria High Schools (Italian Curriculum High School or Upper Secondary International School) on a 7,200 square metre campus. Instruction is largely English, with Italian, French and Spanish offered as additional languages. The Primary School combines the Italian official programme with Cambridge Primary, teaching Humanities in Italian and STEM in English. Lower Secondary blends the MIUR curriculum for Humanities and Arts with Cambridge Lower Secondary for Science, Maths and ICT, while English proficiency (exit level B1/B2) accompanies the Italian Middle School Diploma. The Upper Secondary International School offers four years of English-language study, with Cambridge ICE (Grades 9–10) and the IB Diploma Programme (Grades 11–12).
