Kazakhstan International School Astana is an IB World School offering the International Baccalaureate programme across the continuum, including the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP). The Astana campus opened in 2024 and serves Preschool through Grade 9, with Early Years for ages 2–5 and Primary for ages 6–10 (Grade 1–4). Arts and creative programs are embedded in the school's culture through after-school activities, including Drama, Choir, Piano, Painting, and other arts. KIS Astana plans an inquiry-led, globally minded curriculum from Early Years through to DP, with PYP in Kindergarten through Grade 5 and MYP in Grades 6-10. The 2024 campus provides indoor and outdoor spaces, including an artificial football pitch, a running track, a tennis court, two indoor pools, a large sports hall, and dedicated spaces for Music, Art, Dance, and Physical Education. After-school options feature Football, Karate, Robotics, Drama, Chess, Dombra, and languages.
