Braeburn Nanyuki International School is a co-educational international school in Kenya serving ages 2 to 13. It follows the British National Curriculum within the EYFS, on a campus in Nanyuki at the foot of Mt Kenya. The curriculum places English, Mathematics and Science at its core, and introduces Kiswahili from Year 1 and French from Year 3. Subjects include Science, Computing, History, Geography, PE, Swimming, Music, Art and Design Technology, PSHE and RSHE, taught through an enquiry-based, cross-curricular approach with outdoor learning and active engagement with arts and global cultures. The campus features wood-and-stone architecture, large windows, a well-stocked library, a science laboratory and an IT suite, plus extensive playing fields and courts. Extras include an annual school production, Scouts and a wide range of clubs. The mountain setting enhances outdoor learning.
