Application fees and deposits
- Registration (non-refundable): KSh 5,000.
- Enrolment deposit on joining (refundable subject to clearance): KSh 15,000 (charged once on joining; may be topped up for losses or breakages). The deposit or balance is refundable at the end of a pupil's final term following clearance by the headteacher.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing frequency: Fees are invoiced termly; fees are payable on or before the first day of each term. A discount and surcharges are applied against the tuition element as noted below.
- Early-payment discount: A 3% discount on tuition is applied when full payment is made within six days of the due date.
- Family discounts (tuition only): 2nd child 10%; 3rd child 20%; 4th child 30%; 5th and subsequent child 40%. Family transport discount (same route) is 50% for the 2nd and each subsequent sibling.
- Late payment surcharge: A surcharge of 1.25% is levied per month on overdue fees.
- Advance payment where vacancies limited: In certain year groups with limited vacancies a 20% advance payment of tuition is payable against the first term's invoice; this advance is not refundable if a confirmed place is not taken up.
- Notice and withdrawal: A full term's written notice (with the headteacher's acknowledgement) is required for withdrawal; failure to give valid notice makes the parent liable for a full term's fees in lieu of notice. The board reserves the right to alter fees with five months' notice.
Boarding
- Boarding is not charged at this campus: Braeburn Nanyuki operates as a day primary school for ages 2–13 and no boarding fees are listed for this campus. No annual or termly boarding fee schedule is published for Braeburn Nanyuki.
Other costs and charges
- Activity fees: Activity or extracurricular fees are charged separately and are normally accompanied by an official letter from the headteacher; these are additional to tuition and are billed when applicable.
- Examination and enrolment fees: Examination entry fees and any specific enrolment charges are not included in the basic tuition figures and are invoiced separately where applicable.
- Uniform: Uniform is compulsory for all students except Crèche; parents are responsible for the cost of purchasing uniform. A parent-run second‑hand uniform provision (Friends of the school / FANS) operates for outgrown items. Specific uniform prices are not included in the published fee schedule.
- Textbooks and exercise books: Tuition fees are fully inclusive of all approved textbooks and exercise books.

Tuition figures stated above cover the core curriculum and approved textbooks/exercise books; additional items such as specialist activities, some trips, optional lessons (music/drama), external exam entry charges and uniform should be budgeted for separately.
Braeburn Nanyuki International School is a co-educational international school in Kenya serving ages 2 to 13. It follows the British National Curriculum within the EYFS, on a campus in Nanyuki at the foot of Mt Kenya. The curriculum places English, Mathematics and Science at its core, and introduces Kiswahili from Year 1 and French from Year 3. Subjects include Science, Computing, History, Geography, PE, Swimming, Music, Art and Design Technology, PSHE and RSHE, taught through an enquiry-based, cross-curricular approach with outdoor learning and active engagement with arts and global cultures. The campus features wood-and-stone architecture, large windows, a well-stocked library, a science laboratory and an IT suite, plus extensive playing fields and courts. Extras include an annual school production, Scouts and a wide range of clubs. The mountain setting enhances outdoor learning.
