Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard school billing is termly; school fees are payable in full before the start of every term. A two‑instalment option is available where stated (commonly used for Years 11–13). Parents who wish to pay termly for Years 11 and 13 must inform the school in advance.
- For Year 11 and Year 13 the annual fee is split into two equal instalments due in September and January unless alternate termly arrangements are agreed in advance.
- Late payment surcharge: 2% per month applied on overdue balances.
- Withdrawal and notice: One full term's written notice is required to withdraw a student. Failure to give one term's notice incurs a charge equal to one term's fee.
Boarding fees and boarding‑related charges (Kiserian campus only)

Refunds and credits
- School fees are not refundable once paid; the school requires payment in full before the start of each term and states that fees paid are non‑refundable. Failure to give the required one‑term withdrawal notice results in a charge equal to one term's fee.
Fee payment options and instructions
- Cash payments are not accepted on campus. Payments are accepted via bank deposit / bank transfer and via the school Paybill numbers; parents must email or WhatsApp the deposit slip with the student's name and year to the campus accounts contact provided. USD payments are accepted but converted using the prevailing market exchange rate.
