Billing schedule and payment terms

- Standard school billing is termly; school fees are payable in full before the start of every term. A two‑instalment option is available where stated (commonly used for Years 11–13). Parents who wish to pay termly for Years 11 and 13 must inform the school in advance.
- For Year 11 and Year 13 the annual fee is split into two equal instalments due in September and January unless alternate termly arrangements are agreed in advance.
- Late payment surcharge: 2% per month applied on overdue balances.
- Withdrawal and notice: One full term's written notice is required to withdraw a student. Failure to give one term's notice incurs a charge equal to one term's fee.

Boarding fees and boarding‑related charges (Kiserian campus only)

- Boarding component (per term) is shown alongside tuition for each year group in the Kiserian campus fee listing; combined totals are provided for boarding students (examples: Early Years combined KES 220,230 per term; Years 3–6 combined KES 282,770 per term; Years 7–9 combined KES 380,640 per term). Refunds and credits

USD payments are accepted but converted using the prevailing market exchange rate.

Brookhurst International School is a coeducational day and boarding school in Kenya serving ages 3 to 18. It delivers a framework with the British National Curriculum from Early Years through Sixth Form, alongside Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Levels, Cambridge A Levels, IB Diploma Programme and BTEC qualifications. Core subjects include English, Kiswahili and Mathematics, with sciences and humanities and a foreign language (French, German or Mandarin) offered as a core subject. The school operates on campuses, Kiserian in Kajiado and Lavington in Nairobi, the former on expansive grounds and the latter with a swimming pool. Facilities include 31 classrooms, ICT centers with interactive boards and VR goggles, four libraries. Boarding houses are Wangari Maathai House (girls) and Heroes Tower (boys).
