Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition for Years with three terms is billed per term (Term I, Term II and Term III). For Years 11–13 the school uses a two‑instalment payment pattern (two instalments in Term I and Term II as stated).
- All school fee payments should be made directly into the school bank account; bank deposit slip or cheque should be presented to the Bursar and an official school receipt will be issued. No cash payments are accepted. The school accepts M‑PESA (send confirmation message with student name and class to the school number) and lists a Paybill number for electronic payments. Textbooks and exercise books are provided after school fees are paid.

Jalaram Academy, located in Kisumu, Kenya, offers the British curriculum from nursery to upper secondary. The Nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage; Primary uses Pearson Edexcel i-Primary for Years 1–6, with subjects including French, Religion, Social Studies, Music, PSHE, P.E., Swimming, Computing, Global Citizenship, Science, Mathematics and English.
