Model United Nations is an international program that teaches diplomacy and cross border relations; students travel to Nairobi each year to attend MUN conferences. The school also fosters connections with local, national and international communities through its activities.

Inter-house competitions are held on Wednesdays; the four houses compete in quizzes and debates, with talent shows each term, and middle school assemblies feature skits, songs and jokes.

It offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports including swimming, football, water polo, basketball, cricket, tennis, table tennis, badminton, chess and taekwondo. Facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball/throw ball pitch, and a football pitch. Inter school competitions are held with other schools and trophies have been won.
Jalaram Academy, located in Kisumu, Kenya, offers the British curriculum from nursery to upper secondary. The Nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage; Primary uses Pearson Edexcel i-Primary for Years 1–6, with subjects including French, Religion, Social Studies, Music, PSHE, P.E., Swimming, Computing, Global Citizenship, Science, Mathematics and English. By end of Year 6 students sit i-primary Edexcel exams in Numeracy, Literacy, Science, Computing and Global Citizenship. The Senior Section (Years 7–13) follows the British National Curriculum with IGCSE in Years 9–11 and AS/IAL and A-level options (21 subjects). The school is accredited by Pearson Edexcel and ABRSM. Three languages are offered in the primary years, with Year 9 students able to select up to two. Sports facilities include a football pitch, tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool, volleyball/throw-ball pitch, and more; inter-house competitions run weekly.
