Billing schedule and payment terms

- Academic year is organised in three terms (Fall: Sept–Nov; Winter: Jan–Mar; Summer: May–July) and fees are shown by term. Parents may pay termly or make full annual payment. When full annual payment is made on or before the first day of the academic year a 5% early‑payment discount is applied to the annual fees. Sibling discounts apply as stated (second child 10% off the termly fee, third child 15%, fourth child 20% — applied to the termly fee after the admission fee). Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing to the Director/Board as required: correct written notice of one full term before withdrawal is required to secure a refund of the caution deposit; if late or no notice is given full payment of the next term's fees will be required. The school reserves the right to alter fees and terms with reasonable notice.

Boarding

- No boarding fees are listed and no boarding provision is specified in the published fee documents and admissions material; fees published are for day‑school provision.

Other costs (uniform, books, transport, extras)

- Uniform: Required, but uniform cost is not specified in the published fee schedules. Parents should allow for additional one‑off costs for uniforms, sports kit, textbooks and stationery which are not itemised in the termly tuition figures.
- Transport, examination entry fees, and other optional extras are not included in the termly tuition figures and where external exams apply their fees are charged separately.

Refund and refundability rules

- Caution deposit: refundable provided correct written notice of withdrawal of one full term is given prior to withdrawal; otherwise the caution deposit will be forfeited. At the point of transition between levels (e.g., Kindergarten to Primary) a top‑up of the caution deposit may be required. Admission fee and caution deposit are non‑refundable if the offered place is not taken up. If late or no notice of withdrawal is given, full payment of the next term's fees will be required.

Fee payment options

- The published fee schedules do not list specific accepted payment methods (for example: bank transfer, cheque or card) in the fee documents. Parents should confirm accepted payment channels and any applicable payment surcharges or bank details directly with the school's finance office or admissions contact.
