The school offers after-school clubs free of charge that cover sports, arts and crafts, languages, and academics. Grades 3–5 participate in intramural sports during lunch, and Grade 5 students may try out for the JV Soccer team. A Junior Student Council plans monthly dress-up days and activities. High school participates in KSAA Academic Games and Model United Nations (MUN) as part of its co-curricular offerings.
ACA offers art to grades 1–12 at the Girls' Campus and grades 1–5 and 9–12 at the Boys' Campus. IBDP Art is available, combining studio practice with theory and art history. The painting elective for grades 11–12 enriches skills across media and techniques, and the annual Art Show features IB Art work alongside middle and high school pieces.
Model United Nations (MUN) participates as part of KSAA activities. Students have access to after-school language clubs, and language study is embedded in ACA's programs. The school supports cultural involvement and global citizenship through student activities across divisions.

ACA participates in Kuwait Schools Activities Association (KSAA) with events such as volleyball, basketball, badminton, soccer, and track and field at multiple levels (U14, JV, Varsity). The PBIS framework is used to develop core values and promote a positive, safe environment across the school. Students are encouraged to engage in sports, clubs, and community activities to grow spiritually, socially, and physically.
American Creativity Academy (ACA) in Kuwait offers a standards-based American curriculum with English as the language of instruction and Islamic values observed throughout the school. The core high school program follows an American model in math, English, science, and social studies, with Islamic studies and Arabic integrated across four years. Electives include physical education, art, and computer technology. Founded in 1997, ACA is accredited by the Council of International Schools and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and was authorized to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program in 2008. The school operates on two campuses in Hawalli: a Boys Campus and a Girls Campus, each with substantial facilities. The library system across campuses totals five libraries with online access; facilities include science labs, art rooms, computer labs, a regulation artificial-turf field, a swimming pool, auditoria, and extensive outdoor spaces. After-school clubs are offered freely, with CAS and MUN supporting service, leadership, and global engagement.
