Application / registration and enrolment charges

- Registration fee (application / at registration): EUR 300 — one-time, non‑refundable per child.
- Enrollment deposit (at registration): EUR 450 — invoiced at enrolment; refundable after definitive leaving of the school provided all outstanding invoices are settled and on parents' request.
- Prepaid tuition required at first registration: EUR 2,000 for the first child (EUR 1,800 for the second child). For the American High School option (Grades 11–12 AIS) a higher prepaid amount applies (EUR 7,500). The prepaid tuition is not refundable.

Sibling discounts and fee reductions

- A discount is applied for additional enrolled children: the second child receives a discount (typically 10% reduction compared with the first child); discounts increase for the third and subsequent children (discount levels vary by year group, up to 15–20% in higher year groups). Specific discounted tuition levels are set by year group.

Per-term / invoicing schedule and payment terms

- At enrolment: registration fee, deposit and the required prepaid tuition are invoiced and must be paid within the invoice payment term.
- Standard tuition billing schedule (annual tuition split across three subsequent instalments after the prepayment): the school issues instalments with due dates typically in mid‑October, mid‑January and mid‑May. Exact instalment amounts and invoice due dates are set on the school invoice. Example instalment dates used in recent billing calendars: before 15 October, before 15 January, before 15 May.
- Monthly payment: at parents' request and at the school's discretion a monthly payment plan may be granted provided a standing order is set up for the 1st day of each month; the monthly plan will be stopped if funds are not received at the first due date.

Other fees and charges

- Uniforms: school uniforms are required but uniform costs are not included in tuition. (Uniform details are administered to parents; uniform purchases are separate.)
- Examinations / optional certification fees: where applicable exam fees are billed separately — for example, a MYP exam fee (Grade 10) has been published previously at EUR 500 when a student opts to sit the MYP certificate. Additional external examination fees (IB exam charges, Cambridge/other exam entries) are charged separately as required.
- After‑school activities / daycare / clubs: these are billed separately on a termly or annual basis for participants; fees vary by activity. Daycare and club charges apply only to enrolled pupils who use those services.
- Building Fund / Stability Fund: for 2025/26 a Stability Fund amount of EUR 500 is shown and Building Fund EUR 0; the Stability Fund provides the school with a financial reserve and may be required at the beginning of the school year.

Refunds and refundable items

- Registration fee: non‑refundable (EUR 300).
- Deposit: refundable after definitive leaving of the school, subject to settlement of all outstanding invoices and upon parents' request (EUR 450).

OTR International School in Luxembourg is a private, non‑profit international school affiliated with the Luxembourg Ministry of National Education. It serves preschool through secondary and teaches in English and French, with native‑speaking teachers. The Primary Years Programme (PYP) is delivered in G1–G5 as a bilingual 50/50 program through co‑teaching and language rotation, with specialist courses in Theatre, Visual Arts, Sports/PE, Computer Science and Library. The PYP aims to develop curious, ethical and reflective learners and to prepare students for the MYP. Middle School follows the IB MYP, and High School the IB Diploma Programme (DP), including the DP core (TOK, Creativity, Activity, Service, Extended Essay) with HL/SL options. OTR is an IB World School for MYP and DP and a Cambridge International Centre offering Cambridge IGCSEs, AS and A Levels on site. Facilities include a library with over 2,000 books in multiple languages, a Language Lab, DayCare, a canteen and a playground; after-school clubs cover arts, coding, chess, drama and more. KiVa antibullying and a Well‑Being curriculum support student welfare.
