Academic and Intellectual

Duke of Edinburgh's International Award, World Scholar's Cup, Debate and Public Speaking, STEM Challenge, Coding Club, Future Problem Solving Skills and Mad Scientist are among the academic co-curriculars available. These activities build leadership, critical thinking, research, and communication skills and contribute to strong academic attainment. Students sign up for activities during the Extra and Co-curricular Fair each term. The school emphasizes a well-rounded approach where academics are complemented by purposeful inquiry outside the classroom.

Arts and Creative

School productions have featured performances ranging from Shakespeare to contemporary musicals such as Oliver, Wicked, Jungle Book and High School Musical. Peripatetic instrumental lessons cover drums, guitar, cajon, violin, ukulele, flute and trumpet. A Chinese Orchestra, an A Capella Choir, and a Dance Club provide avenues for artistic expression, alongside Rhythm Factory, Photography Club and LEGO Club that foster creativity and collaboration.

Cultural and Language

Languages boosters support language development, while International Voices offers multilingual singing experiences to celebrate cultural diversity. The school also features a Chinese Orchestra, reflecting cultural engagement and cross-cultural collaboration. Junior MasterChef provides a culinary competition experience, complemented by Photography Club, LEGO Club and Dance Club for creative and recreational interests. HELP International School (HIS) is an international school in Subang Bestari, Shah Alam, Malaysia, offering a broad international framework for learners aged 4 to 17. The school follows a British curriculum across Primary, Cambridge IGCSE, and Cambridge A Levels, while also delivering IEYC, IPC and IMYC to support continuity from early years through secondary. Class sizes are capped at 25 students, and from Year 2 onward students use personal iPads. The bilingual programme provides English and Mandarin in a dual-language environment, with Bahasa Malaysia as a compulsory component for Malaysian students.
