- RM 12,000 per student (Preschool to Year 11) — one-time, non-refundable. This payment is payable on acceptance of an Offer Letter and is applied against the first term's tuition upon enrolment.

Deposit, billing schedule and payment terms

- Initial deposit is collected prior to commencement of the first term; the deposit amount is adjusted as tuition increases by year level.
- Tuition fees and the Technology Fee are invoiced termly. There are three terms per academic year (tuition is payable each term).
- Fees are payable before the commencement of each term; invoices for tuition and technology fees must be settled upon commencement of the term.
- If fees are unpaid the school may restrict the student's attendance, withhold examination results, certificates and school records, and impose late payment penalties.

Withdrawal and refund conditions

- To withdraw a student a one (1) term written notice prior to the final term is required. Failure to give the required notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Deposits and any refundable sums will be refunded free of interest but must be claimed within one (1) year from the date the student ceases to be enrolled; unclaimed refundable amounts after one year will be transferred to the School Improvement Fund and will no longer be claimable.
- Application fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Registration fees are paid on acceptance and treated as non-refundable.
- Deposits are not treated as payment of school fees and cannot be used to set off other amounts payable.

Other costs and likely additional charges

- Optional meal plans and daily canteen purchases.
- Costs for school uniform purchase.
- Fees for specific camps, day trips, outstation activities or overseas trips.
- Charges for specialised CCAs that require external providers.
- Fees for replacement ID cards, late collection, transcript or administrative services may be charged per the school's administrative policies.

Payment methods and instructions

- Cheques payable to: HELP EDUCATION SERVICES SDN BHD.
- Online payments via the school's payment portal using VISA or MasterCard, or via participating banks through the Malaysian FPX network.
- Bank transfer / online transfer accepted; a copy of the bank transaction report should be forwarded to fee@kl.his.edu.my (or by fax where permitted) stating the student's name and year level.
- Application fees and registration payments may also be made by cash, cheque or credit card as specified in admission documentation.

HELP International School (HIS) is an international school in Subang Bestari, Shah Alam, Malaysia, offering a broad international framework for learners aged 4 to 17. The school follows a British curriculum across Primary, Cambridge IGCSE, and Cambridge A Levels, while also delivering IEYC, IPC and IMYC to support continuity from early years through secondary. Class sizes are capped at 25 students, and from Year 2 onward students use personal iPads. The bilingual programme provides English and Mandarin in a dual-language environment, with Bahasa Malaysia as a compulsory component for Malaysian students. The campus is purpose-built to support student-centred, project-based learning, featuring dedicated art studios, a makerspace, design and technology labs, cookery labs, music rooms and a performing arts theatre, plus a 25-metre sheltered pool and indoor sports facilities.
