Application Fees
A one-time application fee of RM 700 is required for all new students. In addition, a non-refundable registration fee is charged upon enrolment:
Nursery – Year 1: RM 2,500
Year 2 – Year 6: RM 3,000
Year 7 – Year 9: RM 3,500
Year 10 – Year 11: RM 4,000

A refundable deposit of RM 5,000 is also payable at registration and returned upon withdrawal with one full term’s notice given three months in advance.

Fees are billed by term as follows:
Term 1: September – December
Term 2: January – March
Term 3: April – June

Families paying the full year’s tuition in advance receive a 5% discount and are exempt from the deposit.

Additional Fees
Uniforms, external examination fees (e.g., Cambridge IGCSE), extracurricular activities, and after-school clubs are charged separately. Lunch and accident insurance are included in tuition fees.

Zone 1: RM 400/month
Zone 2: RM 450/month
Zone 3: RM 500/month
Zone 4: RM 600/month
The bus service is subscription-based by term and invoiced monthly.

Sibling Discount
Second child: 5% tuition discount
Third child: 10% tuition discount
Fourth child and beyond: 15% tuition discount

Refund Policy
The refundable deposit of RM 5,000 is returned with one full term’s notice of withdrawal. Tuition and registration fees are strictly non-refundable.

Visa and Immigration Charges
For expatriate families requiring assistance, visa documentation and MOE support letter charges range from RM 250–600 per person, depending on whether the application is processed by the school or parents.

Payment Options
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or credit card through the school’s finance office (Unity Excellence Sdn Bhd).

Hibiscus International School provides a British-based education for students aged 3 to 18. The school follows the Cambridge curriculum pathway, beginning with the Early Years Foundation Stage and continuing through Primary and Lower Secondary, culminating in the IGCSE examinations in Year 11. With a policy of a maximum of 20 students per class, the school ensures teachers can provide individualised support. A distinctive feature is the school’s Entrepreneurship Club, a co-curricular activity that gives students practical experience in creating and managing a business. Other activities offered include robotics, ballet, and taekwondo.
