Wellbeing and Support

How students are nurtured, understood, and kept safe

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

Students have access to ongoing emotional and social guidance through homeroom tutors and a dedicated school counsellor, ensuring consistent support in both academic and personal contexts. Teachers work closely with students to develop emotional intelligence and healthy relationships, particularly in the Primary years. The school also runs anti-bullying programs with a clear zero-tolerance policy.

Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Inspiros provides limited specific support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

The school provides an English Support Program designed for students who may require additional assistance with their English proficiency. This program is based on the Cambridge Young Learner English framework, aimed at supporting students who are not yet fluent in English to enhance their language skills.

Mental Wellbeing

The school is committed to fostering a secure and supportive environment that promotes students' psychological well-being. Dedicated homeroom tutors play a key role in pastoral care, guiding students and providing support for their personal development.

Safeguarding

A comprehensive safeguarding framework is in place, including annual staff training, rigorous security with key‑card access and guards, a structured anti-bullying policy, and proactive health and safety measures such as nurse support and governance by a medical officer.
