Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Attend a school tour or open house (if available)
Prospective families are encouraged to visit the campus to get a first-hand view of the facilities, meet staff, and understand the curriculum approach. This step is optional but helps families assess whether the school is a suitable fit for their child. Appointments may be needed, and the school typically hosts open days throughout the year.

2. Submit a formal application form and documents
The admissions team will request that you complete an application form. Required documents include your child’s birth certificate, passport or MyKad (for Malaysians), academic records, vaccination records, and recent passport-sized photographs. A non-refundable application or registration fee is also payable at this stage.

3. Take a placement assessment
Applicants may be asked to sit for a placement test depending on the year level and subject requirements. This helps the school evaluate the student’s readiness and determine the appropriate class placement. The test usually covers English and Mathematics.

4. Review of results and offer of placement
The admissions team reviews the assessment and submitted materials. If a place is available and the student meets the criteria, an offer letter will be issued. Parents are then required to sign the acceptance letter and pay the deposit to confirm the place.

5. Enrollment confirmation and induction
Once confirmed, the school will guide parents through the next steps, including fee payment, uniform purchase, orientation dates, and onboarding information. This ensures a smooth transition for both the student and family before the first day of school.

Waitlist

As of current information, Seri Jubli International School does not formally operate a waitlist or rolling admissions pool system. Placements are offered based on seat availability in each year level at the time of application. If a class is full, families may be offered the option to remain on an informal waiting list and will be contacted if a spot becomes available.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

The school’s brochure do not mention any academic, merit-based, or need-based scholarships.
