Billing schedule and payment terms
- To secure an offered place: payment of a MAD 50,000 non-refundable Admissions Fee deposit plus the first-semester payment is required.
- Pre-registration contribution for the next academic year is credited toward tuition if paying the yearly tuition; the pre-registration contribution is refundable if cancelled before April 1.
- Discounts: 15% discount on tuition for the third child and subsequent children from the same family; 2% discount if full tuition payments are received before August 15.
- Semester deadlines and late-payment penalties:
- Semester 1 deadline: September 16. Late penalties: 2% from September 17; 4% from October 15; 6% from November 15 and student enrollment may be suspended until payment is received.
- Semester 2 deadline: February 17. Late penalties: 2% from February 18; 4% from March 17; 6% from April 15 and student enrollment may be suspended until payment is received.
- Bookkeeping office operating hours: Monday–Friday, 07:30–15:30 (lunch break 12:00–12:30). Contact available for billing inquiries.

Casablanca American School is a not-for-profit school in Casablanca serving students aged 3 to 18. The curriculum combines an American-style university-preparatory program for Nursery–Grade 12 with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Grades 11–12 and IPC for the Primary years, plus a bespoke approach. The Early Childhood program (ages 3–6) uses The Creative Curriculum by Teaching Strategies and is designated a Creative Curriculum Ambassador School. English is the language of instruction; French and Arabic are mandatory second languages from Grade 2–12, with Spanish offered. Founded in 1973, the school was the first Full IB Diploma Program School in North Africa, with the IB Diploma offered since 1986, serving 45+ nationalities with more than 20 IB courses and an international faculty. The 10-acre Californie campus includes three buildings, 66 classrooms, two libraries, 308-seat performing arts theatre, art and science labs, maker spaces, and outdoor fields. After-school activities exceed 30 offerings for Nursery–Grade 6.
