Madina Schools operate three campuses in Casablanca: Californie, Polo, and Ain Sebaâ, offering learning environments for kindergarten through high school. Koolskools provides online access to timetables, courses, notices, calendars, agendas, communications, and grades, while language instruction is tri-lingual (Arabic, English, French), with Spanish added through Tandem Polyglot in partnership with Tandem.
Sports and water activities are an integral part of the Madina Schools program. A wide range of physical activities is offered each year, including team sports, water sports, and technical sports, to build physical fitness, collaboration, and resilience.

The program includes a tri-lingual curriculum taught in Arabic, English, and French; the English program runs from levels 1 to 6 to prepare students for TOEFL and CAE. Partnerships with international bodies—Geneva's International Baccalaureate (BI Geneva), SÉBIQ, the British Council, and Oxford University Press—support ongoing staff development and multilingual learning, complemented by the Koolskools platform for online student information and communications.
Extracurricular life includes a daily school radio program each morning from 8:00 to 8:15, a student parliament with representatives from each class, and arts activities such as visual arts and theatre. The theatre program hosts an annual poetry and drama festival with activities conducted in three languages to build memory, communication, and artistic skills; music programs enhance concentration and social skills. After-school activities run on Wednesdays with partner-led workshops, and yearly projects revolve around a curated activities program, with some sessions conducted in English.
