A Multi-Tier System of Supports (MTSS) with a learning support team; Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and counseling; Speech & Language Therapy for students (Discovery through Grade 5); Accommodations per IEP for Grades 1–12; Reading interventions; Co-teaching and small-group instruction for students with identified learning needs.
Daily hours vary by division: Discovery 8:30 A.M.–3:00 P.M.; Pre-K 8:30 A.M.–3:10 P.M.; Kindergarten 8:00 A.M.–3:10 P.M.; Primary School 8:00 A.M.–3:20 P.M.; Secondary School 8:00 A.M.–3:30 P.M. Ramadan hours: Discovery 9:00 A.M.–2:30 P.M.; Pre-K 9:00 A.M.–2:40 P.M.; KG 8:30/8:30 A.M.–2:40 P.M.; Grade 1–5 8:30–2:50 P.M.; Grade 6–12 8:30–3:00 P.M. Wednesdays and Early Release Days have shortened schedules (examples are published in calendars).
Morning and afternoon bus transportation is available for students within the service perimeter; service is optional and not included in tuition.

- Calculated per-quarter installment (illustrative) — the school publishes four payment periods; these quarter amounts are the annual membership fee divided by four:
- Discovery: MAD 23,612.50 per quarter (MAD 94,450 ÷ 4).
- Pre‑K/Kindergarten: MAD 26,910.00 per quarter (MAD 107,640 ÷ 4).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Q2: October 20–November 3, 2026.
- Q3: January 5–19, 2027.
- Q4: March 20–April 3, 2027.
- Discounts and adjustments:
- A 3% discount applies to membership fees if payment in full is received by June 30, 2026.
- Sibling discounts: 5% for the second child, 10% for the third child and subsequent siblings (applies to membership fees).
- Late payment penalties:
- 30 days overdue: 2% penalty.
- 60 days overdue: 4% penalty.
- Starting from 90 days overdue: 6% penalty.
Optional / additional fees
- Lunch program (annual): Discovery–Kindergarten MAD 9,200; Elementary (Grades 1–5) MAD 9,700; Middle & High School (Grades 6–12) MAD 10,100.
- Bus (annual) by distance:
- Zone A (0–15 km): MAD 10,500.
- Zone B (16–29 km): MAD 11,500.
- Other scheduled/occasional charges: student packet, graduation fee, program advancement and parent club fees as listed under registration fees.
Boarding
- There is no boarding programme; all students attend during the day and leave campus after school.

George Washington Academy is a nonprofit American international IB World School serving Pre-K through high school (ages 3 to 18). The curriculum blends American pedagogy with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and Advanced Placement courses. English, French, and Arabic are taught across the grades to support multilingualism and global communication. The school is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and has recognition from the Moroccan Ministry of Education. In Grades 11–12, students may follow three graduation pathways toward a U.S. Diploma, with the IB Diploma Programme forming the foundation for college preparation. The five-hectare campus outside Casablanca features Morocco's largest library, modern technology spaces, a Robotics room, a MakerSpace with a 3-D printer, and a LEGO Innovation Center—the only LEGO Center in Morocco and one of two in Africa. The school participates in MASAC athletics and offers a broad program of after-school activities and clubs, including robotics, arts, and language programs.
