Refunds, departures, and adjustment rules
- The first-registration fee (DPI) is non-refundable.
- If a pupil leaves during the school year, the full month in which departure occurs is due (calculated as one‑tenth of the annual tuition). Arrival during the school year makes the month of arrival fully due (one‑tenth of annual tuition).
- No routine prorated refunds are issued for temporary teacher absence, short-term school closures, or normal absence of the pupil; exceptional fee adjustments for consecutive absences greater than 30 calendar days for medical reasons may be considered on written request and require medical justification.
- Non-payment or breach of agreed payment schedules can lead to suspension of re‑enrolment, recovery procedures and possible legal action; any costs of recovery (administrative or legal) are charged to the family. The school requires settlement of outstanding sums before re‑registration or re‑enrolment.
