The PE 2020/2025 centers on four axes: excellence in education and innovative pedagogy; a calm and fulfilling school climate; student engagement and autonomy; and an ambitious language policy opening the Tanger AEFE pole to international collaboration. Priority A includes the creation of the Parcours d'éducation artistique et culturel, Parcours Avenir, Parcours Citoyen, and Parcours éducatif de santé. Priority C aims to promote student engagement and autonomy through projects and student bodies, with active involvement in AEFE actions and Moroccan zone initiatives. Priority D focuses on formalizing and expanding language pathways, strengthening French and the host language, and developing language initiatives such as PARLE, including mobility and exchanges.
The lycée implements a Parcours d'éducation artistique et culturel. The pathway supports the development of artistic and cultural projects as part of the educational program. Students participate in AEFE Morocco activities and competitions related to arts and culture, including eloquence contests. Priority D formalizes and expands language pathways, strengthening mastery of French and the host language; establishes PARLE programs; and develops opportunities in Arabic OIB/SI and Spanish language. The school also promotes international mobility and exchanges and builds partnerships with AEFE and other international partners. It seeks to innovate in language teaching, including projects such as Model United Nations (MUN) and enhanced English instruction at the primary level.

Students actively participate in AEFE network actions, including eloquence contests and mobility programs, and engage in science and arts projects through the AEFE Maroc framework. Parcours éducatif de santé is part of the education pathways. Priority B aims to create a calm, inclusive climate and prevent violence and discrimination while clarifying rules of life at the school. The sports association is active, with activities such as basketball, football, and sailing, and training sessions on Wednesday afternoons. The plan also aims to improve spaces and scheduling to enhance wellbeing at the school.
Lycée Regnault is a directly managed AEFE secondary school in Tangier, Morocco, serving as the reference point for French education in the city. The school operates across two Tangier sites, Rue Chapi and Rue Allal Ben Abdellah, and follows the French Ministry of National Education homologation hours. With 26 classes and 706 students this year, students progress from 6ème to Terminale to sit the French baccalaureate, enabling study in Morocco, France and beyond. Founded in 1913, it is the oldest French lycée in Morocco and forms the heart of the AEFE Tanger pole, coordinating northern AEFE establishments. The curriculum is French, and the school participates in AEFE mobility programs and projects such as eloquence contests and EUROmad 2026.
